Our team lead/CEO, Raju Uppalapati, is a highly successful veteran of the real estate industry. He has first-hand, real-world experience in real estate, sales and marketing, home building, real estate development, property management and hospitality sectors. Raju has managed over 60 sales professionals and sold over 1 billion dollars in real estate. He founded Elan Vacations, an Outer Banks luxury vacation rental company, and served as CEO for nine years. Currently, Raju is leading Outer Banks Realty Group, a boutique real estate company in the Outer Banks. In addition to his years of real-world experience, Raju holds an MBA from Wright State University and a Masters in International Management from the University of Texas. Raju is well known in the community for his honest and win-win approach.
