Originally from Pittsburgh PA, Dan started vacationing here as a very young boy in 1969. Eventually Dan's family purchased a summer home in 1974. Spending the entire summer on the OBX was a dream come true. Working every summer here through college truly made the Outer Banks of NC home.
Dan with wife Laura and children Josh and Lucy have been year round residents for 23 years.
The Martiers are very talented musicians/celebrities and contribute time and talents to stimulate the local culture through performance, teaching and event planning. When Dan is not selling real estate he is behind his drums creating music along with the rest of his family.
