The Eillu Team consists of Raju Uppalapati (Team Lead/CEO) and Missi Dematas (Associate Broker).

Raju Uppalapati is a highly successful veteran of the real estate industry with real-world experience in real estate, sales and marketing, home building, real estate development, property management, and hospitality sectors. For 18 years, he served as CEO of BD&A Realty and Construction, a premier luxury real estate and construction company on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. In partnership with BD&A, he assisted in building over 1,500 luxury homes and developed many prestigious communities throughout Eastern North Carolina. Raju has managed over 60 sales professionals and sold over 1 billion dollars in real estate. Raju founded Elan Vacations, an Outer Banks luxury vacation rental company, and served as CEO for over 10 years. Currently, Raju is leading Outer Banks Realty Group, a boutique real estate company with 30 plus Sales Associates and Homes By Eillu, a new home development company on the Outer Banks.
